Your Property Success (referred to as ‘YPS) is the name of the web site relating to the services and materials supplied through this web site, which are owned by either Your Property Success Pty Limited ACN 147 622 651 (YPS) or Your Success Solutions Pty Ltd ACN 605 864 873 (YSS). Investors Choice Mortgages Pty Ltd, ACN 113 572 713, (‘ICM’), YSS, and Your Success Australia Pty Limited ACN 605 866 788 (“YSA”) are a related entities to YPS. Some information, data and materials are shared among YPS, YSS and ICM and YSA. Particularly where YPS shares information with the other entities referred to above, each of those entities agree to be bound by the same Privacy rules principles and obligations. The above entities are referred to as the ‘Group’.
YPS is the company which operates and owns this Site. The terms ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Company’ and ‘YPS’ refers to YPS.

You will use your email address as your username and you will be given a password to become a Registered Account Holder you may change the password – both are needed to use the services of the Site and to access your contact information. When you become a Registered User and make a payment on the YPS website, we collect personal information such as name, billing information, credit card details, address, phone number and other personal information to provide the services you request, process payment and communicate the status of your payment.
Credit card information collected for payments subscription is used via eway and Paypal to process your payment and is not retained on our Site.
Any personal information we collect allows us to keep you updated via newsletters and other marketing information on YPS’s, and the Group’s updates and latest rewards offered by YPS and its associated entities and any upcoming events associated with the Site or YPS. YPS shares personal information with Your Property Success Pty Limited, Your Success Australia Pty Limited, Investor’s Choice Mortgages Pty Limited, as strategic partners and also with companies who provide services such as information processing, credit card payment providers, fulfilling reward packages, delivering YPS-related products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information.
11. Circumstances of Disclosure of Personal Information
It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for YPS to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.
We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. 18. Undertakings
YPS undertakes:

to promptly provide a response to the communication, in an appropriate and meaningful manner.
You undertake to not pursue YPS through any regulator or the media:
until and unless YPS has had a reasonable opportunity to respond to the initial communication; and
while YPS and you are conducting a meaningful dialogue about the matter.
YPS may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy.
19. Transfer out of Australia
The Site is not hosted in Australia. For that reason, we transfer all data on the Site (including all personal information) to our hosting service provider in USA, Australia and other countries as the hosting company chooses to maximise their server capability. You hereby consent to this transfer.
